No doubt Shell's problems in Russia cooled the excitement hopeing any oil firm hopeing to tap Ruskie reserves. But the risk for Ptr high with the russian goverment known for stopping the supply of gas to the Ukraine and Georgia in the year, this effected supplies and this company Ptr must be aware what the authorities may do to small expoloration companies. Therefore to risky at moment, wait untill next year, hence I doubt this can hold up at this price, could drift of all be it. For next year to commence 2007. thanks.
