Without Sonotrach commandeering 49% of all oil and gas assets apart refinng and transportation aside..First Calagary NAV fell 17% purely on the taxation law...will fall even further when Sonotrach take a bigger chunk of the cake...

Bottom line is that PCI will have very little left on the table to to a deal with..especially when a government cannot be trusted and are able to move the goal posts to suit the mode of play..

No JV for PCI then it follows that PCI will probably rescind and pull out of Algeria.. [imo]
