In Colombia there are ''Association Contracts'' were the Government oil company ''Ecopetrol'' takes 50% on the development of a commercial find. They also take a 20 % royalty on sales and there is 38% corporation tax on profits.

Syria take 50% of commercial finds and charge tax's on profits.

Some old PSA contracts in Nigeria are still in force and the contract only allows the oil companies to make $ 10.5 a barrel Net profit on produced oil

Are the oil companies still operating under these contracts in Colombia, Syria & Nigeria. ???????????????????????????
