PETROCELTIC (PCI):CHART AND DISCUSSION THREAD (moderated)

In October I was offered to join the Hess project in Algeria in a lead engineer slot - a friend of mine was already on the project - it was then that the government released the news of the intention to enforce mandatory share in any new projects and also impose a supertax taking oil/gas tax revenue to 50%.

I remember asking my colleague about the effect on the project at that time.

I do know a little about the oil/gas industry, having been in it since 1983 and now having my own consultancy business (C&I) & currently working on one of the largest OIL projects in the world (TengizChevroil SGP & SGI projects in Kazhakstan).

So I guess you could say that I do know what I am talking about, yes.... no?
