Daily Mail tips Petrel to shine in 2004....
"Buyers have continued to bore away at Petrel Resources. The Irish oil and gas explorer is the only Western oil company to have maintained an active presence in Iraq.
It has been negotiating with with the Oil Ministry of Baghdad to explore 10,000 sq km block in the western desert. Up from 3.5p to 24p, it looks a promosing 2004 play."
