I saw this post earlier on IR BB. How do you think it will effect the Iraqi situation?

Iraqi opposition group awaiting Saddam health update
( Ananova )
Leaders of an Iraqi oppositon group are still awaiting information about the health of President Saddam Hussein, who is reported to have suffered a severe stroke.
The London-based Supreme Council of the Islamic Revolution in Iraq claims Saddam was rushed to hospital in Baghdad late on Sunday after suffering the stroke following a New Year's Day parade in the Iraqi capital.
An earlier report outlining the Supreme Council's claim has proved to be Ananova's most popular story of the day.
But the report has proved difficult to confirm as the official Iraqi news media does not carry bulletins detailing Saddam's health.
A spokesman for the Supreme Council told Ananova the organisation has not heard any further reports on the condition of Saddam.
Saddam is reportedly being treated at Iben Sinna Hospital.
On Sunday, he officiated at the biggest military parade in Baghdad since the 1991 Gulf War, greeting army units with shots from a rifle he held in one hand as tanks rumbled past and fighter jets and helicopter gunships flew overhead.
In September, the London-based Arabic newspaper Asharq al-Awsat said Saddam was to undergo chemotherapy for lymph cancer, with a presidential palace in a Baghdad suburb turned into a private clinic.
The newspaper said Saddam had been suffering from inflamed joints, breathing difficulties, poor vision and temporary memory loss.
