To be more preicise, Pet said that some of the existing oils wells they have tendered for may be brought to produce more oil than the level of production prior to the damage these oil wells suffered as a result of the Iran/Iraq war. They stated this on the basis the data they collected shows there a strong possibility that this might the case. So the risk sharing comes into play with regard to the existing wells is if manages to exceed the production experience before the wells were damaged. So to sum up, risk-sharing would be a possibility but only on the extra oil they produce.
