I find it surprising that peeps are dismissing OGI because they reacted to the MOO statement. If they were really misled then they have every right to make a statement to that effect. If the leak [similar to everasia's leak] was from MOO's office then the ministry will understand OGI's reaction. It would also wrong foot other Companys who are tendering if the posts on this thread are followed.
IMHO we are up against 3 other Companys.
However, the reason for the change of heart by MOO is the real question.... Is there some political agenda at work? If so what political postioning does Ivanhoe have when contrasted with PET?
The 'not qualified' statement could mean so many different things... Does not carry enough security considerations is one for starters. If this is the case surely OGI will stiffen up this weakness.
Frankly, we are guessing in the absense of hard facts. A phone call to OGI might illuminate some areas but I fear they will wrong foot us if they are still in.
