Hi all. Feel like shit!
I still think we could end up dragging - I hope not, but we have no control over what the Iraqi's do... or don't do! No doubt Petrel will get their slice of the pie, but when is the question! No one knows otherwise every man and his dog would be invested in Iraq.
Upside = huge.
However, we could be lingering around this price for a while! I fully expect it to be honest, and so should the rest of you. I hope I'm pleasantly suprised.
One thing that's ~90% sure is that the East Safawi block will finally be ratified in February as said by one of the oil officials. Whether or not the East Safawi block PSA has been worked in to Petrel's SP, I'm not sure. No doubt we'll see it spike when it is fianlly ratified, but without further news from Iraq, could quite easily retrace again.
If any new investors are reading this, if you want to make some quick profit within the next 7-8 weeks, definately worth a punt on East Safawi alone, IMO.
