Look! there has been progress on the news article you posted and to be honest for the first time I have to say you are desperate to push the price down but it wont work. I have posted more recent news which shows you arrticle is old and out of date and isnt relevant no more. see below..........

Iraq officials reach tentative oil law deal-sources

BAGHDAD, Dec 20 (Reuters) - Iraqi officials have reached a tentative deal on an oil law that would allow the regions to negotiate oilfield contracts with foreign investors but gives the central government the final say.

Iraq desperately needs foreign investment to revive its shattered economy, which relies heavily on oil export revenues. The country straddles the world's third largest oil reserves.

I dont normally write a response to you but on this occassion you are posting old news, anyone can go back in history and find an article which is in 'your favour' the article I have posted above shows that has been overcome and a 'deal' has been reached.

I know you are trying to push the price down and buy more but on this occassion it wont work and please post current news please.

Shahristani said Iraq’s long awaited oil law that sets policy to help lure foreign investment will be presented to the government at the start of January. Iraqi officials have said the law would be before parliament before the end of this year.
