Self is now comparing the Iraqi parliament with the UK parliament and the HCL with the anti-fox hunting law!! LOL! I think he has finally lost it. Next thing he will be saying that the milk subsidy will come before the HCL in the Iraq parliament! It has been agreed by all 3 factions, agreed in cabinet and now it only needs a majority in the Iraq parliament. A majority is what a democracy is all about. It doesn't need every member to agree to it. I wasn't aware that the oil unions got a vote in the Iraq parliament. The negotiations have been taking part with all Iraq MP's inclusive as to the content of the HCL.
As for his cat knowing more about the ME than Bahouse, it certainly knows more about the ME than Self himself.
