As I recall, Makman are a Kurdish company. Won`t be very welcome in the south if Iraq breaks up into three regions as now seems the most likely, and only, solution to the civil war raging there at the moment.
The HCL will still be waiting for cabinet approval this time next year and I expect to buy PET for as low as 20p in 2007!
