Simon - I'm certainly not expecting a quick return from PET and its difficult to assess their 'paper potential' from the 'achievable potential' that no-one can tangibly quantify in such a challenging operating environment. That said, I'm confident that PET will come good over time and that within a 2 - 3 year timescale our investment will have multiplied many times over.
The key point for me is PET's perceived independence, its political/local contacts. Yes the big boys have economic clout but do not have these other attributes. PET may well have to team up with others but it will be an early winner.
