Very good question!!!!! Recal PET inviting Iraqi engineers for training in Ireland. Remeber too DH saying numerous times "we work very CLOSELY with the IMO." Lastly ALWAYS remember my statement that "PET has all but been TAKEN-OVER by the IRAQIS". Or "Pet is in the bosom of the IMO". THERE IS A LOT WE AREN'T TOLD ABOUT, not only because of the war situation but also middle east operate in secrecy with regards to such issues, which in the west is taken for granted.
