Dougie, you claim to be close to the PET management, if so I challenge you to get them to issue a statement saying all is well with S&L and Merjan and they are on schedule!
Merjan is now also overdue as the survey was supposed to be finished BEFORE the end of 2006!!
If those contracts are not up to scratch you can forget about the PSAs, imo!
