Hatto, can't agree with your comments ref SS. Regarding the valuations on PET, they are just guesstimates. However, bear in mind that Cairn Energy have 3 times the number shares of PET, 180m v 60m. On a like-for-like basis on number of shares in issue, Cairn would be valued at £63 today.

Turnip head, Cairn became a multibagger because it made a one in a million chance completely unexpected discovery. Pet don`t even have a licence to explore yet and if they ever get one in Iraq, will be fully expected to discover oil with the first drill. So comparing PET to Cairn is stupid, and you are stupid!
