I see pro's and con's regarding the MarketWatch article. Nice to see that it COULD be January when HCL is passed. Another advantage is that some of the bigger boys seem, at this moment in time, to be running rather scared of getting involved on the ground. Hey, with PET & ITOCHU wouldn't it be good if they could collar the lot and let the rest eat cake. It would make Cairn look like nothing. Wishful thinking and pie in the sky maybe...but what a boost. My great concern is the article seems to make out that the HCL won't be really worth the paper it's written on and subjetc to a shed load of misinterpretation, legal nasties, confusion and appeal. I would certainly like clarification on that angle.
