Petrel Resources - moderated discussion/research part II

The ITOCHU oil division already have established themselves in the middle east.... but not Iraq! Obviously this is where the Petrel play is. It is good news indeed that they have 'chosen' Petrel. What makes it more significant I think mclellan, is that they have paid HISTORICAL COSTS and will pay a fixed share of current study costs.

I read something along the lines that David Horgan said, that they have been working with ITOCHU for a number of years now. So it's not like it was a bolt out of the blue for Petrel, although perhaps it was for PI's.
