we will hear the results of the iraqi election today,( hopefully will bring more a more stable feeling to the country) and the armed forces will want to step back and maybe down size as a show of faith in the new government.
All in all this can only be good for petrel and with the oil price holding up nicely, they are in a good established position to make the most of the countries vast oil supplies.

A good buy IMHO at this price. DYOR etc etc.
