I don't really understand why people are so worked up about CW's rumour. If one did a littel research or better still just review research done by others and some Pet announcemnets, then one either dismisses CW or believes him; or better still realises that we don't need CW to tell us that S&L has been awarded on PSA basis, because eventually the extention to SL will most likey be awarded to Pet and on PSA.

Getting worked up about CW, has led people to overlook the Dow Jones article, posted by cat100 - 23 Oct'05 - 13:41 - 20351 of 20405, where HEMRIN, one of Pet 3 tenders, is to be reissued, and therefore Pet could have another chance to be offered it. Plus in the same article there are clear hints that Iraq is crying out for PSA to be awarded to foreign companies.
