i will tell you why this psa rumour is false.
because iraq doesn't need it to be a psa it has already agreed a cash contract so why would they need a psa.
there is virtually no exploration risk so so there is nothing to share.
if any part of this is true i would put my money on this being an agreement between a finance house and the oil ministry themselves.
