Today's strange and cunning MM play with the price - a yo yo with no sense at all - was most likely due to a Shares Mag story p49 ( today) They simply reiterated newsflow we know from last week, nothing new at all.
The MMs suck in small shares mag readers / buyers up to 1040 and then leave them in the lurch.
I went short at 'plus48' ie around 1038, as I couldn't resist it, even if for only a day play. So we will see.
edjgee, I agree, this has been a marvelous share to hold from 50p or even 3 quid, but I find it very hard to justify a cap of this magnitude in a Russian miner, without much production compared to lets say AVM, double the production, cap one quarter or less. And I'm not even buying AVM.
Anyhow, we can only see what Mr Market says in 2007 so all the best to you guys and enjoy a good festive spree / bottle of Highland Park in my cupboard.
