At this time I can't see many signals good or bad.
An update is needed to set a timetable for the coming year. I believe that PCI have the cash for a comprehensive drilling campagn in Algeria this year without raising further funds.
The fortunes of PCI and the shareholders will be determined by the drill bit, whilst the bit ain't turning we ain't earning.
The current share price is a fair one in light of the interpretation of recent news and will move up rapidly if any positive news is released.
