read this bit of the RNS:
"The ITT process, required in accordance with Algerian laws, is expected to be
completed and announced by the end of January 2006"

A month and a few days is pretty quick for a tender process... So PCI have taken a little while establishing exactly WHERE to drill (and so delayed the tender process until now), isnt that a good thing???

I for one would prefer them to drill somewhere they might actually hit oil... and the tender process (which is necessary in Algeria) will also ensure that they are not paying over the odds for their drilling program.

This is good news, just a pity it has come so close to christmas when nobody is watching.
