You probably saw that Dividend calculation and proposal on the Partygaming site - investor relations - Dividends. However it has all changed now with the restructure of the company’s platform (EOL) and the introduction of blackjack etc. I am sure there are other plans in the wings that will soon be made apparent to us in due course. Remember the city were very displeased with the senior Partygaming management for springing the news that growth was not going to continue at past rates! PRTY is now a FTSE100 company and the market does not like nasty surprises like that. Accordingly the Partygaming management are now diversifying their products to accommodate. This will invariably change the fundamentals of the balance sheet since there are possibly acquisitions to be made and changes to make room for new games etc. PartyCasino is a new site in 2006 for instance.
The latest is 2.28 divi for 2005 (up to December 2005). We will have to wait for the announcements though for the final figure.
