timshare - thanks for the links and I'm probably just as sad. I take your point re the SAR3's but my interpretation after a quick flick through and I'm not an expert by any means is -

I take your point re the 7 day rule but think it only think applies to the first "lump" that takes them between 15% and 30%, which explains their SAR3 on 14/12 (21%). Then I think that they just have to report if it's increased to or beyond a whole percentage figure as per page 246 8b.

Looking at the subsequent SAR3's there were two 15/12 and 16/12 although the 15/12 was still in the 21% bracket.
