Reggie - Parity's statement of the need to strengthen the balance sheet won't make any difference to Spearhead's timing. BTW the statement didn't say "equity funding" - it kept all options open.
While there's a possibility that the sale of the European Recruitment business could be completed in January I don't think PTY would be able to complete any further asset sales over the next couple of months. I believe asset sales will be the prefered option rather than a right issue.
