Dear Sirs,

Once again you are guilty of grossly misrepresenting the facts concerning Pantheon Resources’s Plum Deep prospect. Your first news release this morning was factually inaccurate in one very important respect. The statement that “on Dec 21, the firm said that test results indicated the zone was unlikely to contain commercially recoverable hydrocarbons” is simply not true. Why don’t you go back and read their RNSs and see if you can spot your error.

I know other people have brought this to your attention and your second news release does not repeat the error. However, the second report is pretty bland and does not specifically correct the error made previously. What’s the problem – not big enough to admit you made a mistake (again)?

I would have thought your business hinges on accuracy. Please try harder.
