As I read it the quote mentions that the "sampling programme will be undertaken before a 4.5inch production liner is set"

If the samples come out looking rubbish then i don't think they will set the production liner. I take as more of a statment of intent.

On a different note, does anyone know of a good online source of info on Everest Resource Company? or know if they are listed anywhere.

Looking forward to the sp in 2007 and 2008.
