Pantheon Resources - US Gas Play

Another quotation from the Report & Accounts (bottom of p3, Chairman's Report), which relates to the deeper zone in Plum Deep of 800 gross feet where natural gas was detected by logging and still to be tested:

"At this stage a comprehensive logging and sampling programme will be undertaken before a 4.5inch production liner is set".

Did I read that correctly - PRODUCTION liner? Is this a normal statement to make prior to completion of sampling? Is a production liner needed to carry out flow testing perhaps? My interpretation is that it adds to the generally positive notes being sounded about this asset.
