-------------I HAD MONTY AT THE BOTTOM OF MY LIST OF MOST VALUABLE PRE ASSETS.TO ME THIS NEWS IS EXCELLENT AND I WILL BE BUYING MORE SHARES WHEN THE EVALUATION IS COMPLETE AND TO MY LIKING.


I think it would be best if you waited for more information to
immerge before you overexcite your self Pizzaman.

Anyone wanting to drill new wells at Monte will probably not
want to use the old seismic surveys because as you know the
last 2 infill wells proved to be duff using it.

The Monteagudo partners are considering a proposal from an international oil group to substantially boost the field’s oil production by drilling three wells yearly on untapped sections of the Monteagudo oil reservoir. The group proposing to farm in has extensive experience of boosting production from similar reservoirs elsewhere. Monteagudo oil production has been comparatively stable over time. Reservoir engineers believe that it may respond particularly well to modern drilling techniques. Current oil production is about 630 barrels in addition to over 2 million cubic feet of gas daily

As Pan has said they want to use new drilling methods and
this will probably require a new seismic survey, after the survey
has been taken it will need interpreted before deciding where
to drill, then if they intend to drill 3 infill wells a year they will
require a long term drilling contact and rig hire.

The farm-in group believes that appropriate drilling and enhancement could dramatically increase production levels, possibly to over 4,000 barrels daily.

As I say Pizzaman if new surveys are required it could be a
way off yet before any drilling is done, maybe Curry or Edgein
could get a better picture and ask Pan how long it may be
reasonably expected to take.
