TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS



In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the
following:



The Company's issued share capital comprises 119,227,733 ordinary shares of 1p
each. All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights and none of the
shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights is, therefore,
119,227,733.
