Pan-Andean: Buy at 8P?

I'm sorry if some find the headline irritating...
But I have no position in this stock and will hold off establishing one
unless I am happy with the entry level.

Pan Andean Resources (PRE)


The chart sure looks to me as if it needs to retest 8P-ish in order to
make a solid bottom. If so, that may happen within weeks (before end
of Jan.2002) at which time, PRE could be an interesting purchase.

Anyone else lurking and considering a BUY here???

I'm especially interested in the FUNDAMENTAL ARGUMENT for this share.
