Yes, things have been a little mixed for me as well. My O&G stocks have been fairly muted and some of my favourite miners have really struggled. I have just about given up on VED - which was one of my star performers until May.
In gold/silver I have only been adding to producers/near producers but, as you know, there has been little appetite in the market for gold-related stocks.
GFM has done well thank goodness, and I have also managed to catch a few oversold opportunities along the way which have rewarded with quick gains, but the 'whip-sawing' has been pretty vicious on many of the quality stocks.
Perhaps we resource buffs need times such as these to remind us to regularly take profits along the way. May/June was quite a hard lesson !!
