Stafford-Bush to the Board as an Executive Director and the
Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

Mr Stafford-Bush, aged 39, was previously Chief Executive
of the Quantum Asia Pacific Group of companies, the largest
and (consistently profitable) DRTV/home shopping operation in
Australasia with a significant presence in Japan and
Malaysia. He joined Quantum in 1992 and prior to that was
employed by Franklin Mint Ltd and Chase Corporation Ltd.
