If this comment by Jader Hilzendeger, Vice President and General Manager of Dana’s Coupled Products Division relates to OYS then we have cracked it !. lol

"The plant closure is part of a broad restructuring and realignment within Dana’s Engine and Fluid Management Group. This effort has included the integration and consolidation of the group’s divisional structure, including a move from 19 divisions to seven global divisions; the divestiture or consolidation of several non-core and non-performing businesses; and the formation of new partnerships and joint ventures enhancing technical capabilities and customer support."
