Apart from the radiator valve tails as far as I am aware the only OYS products that are available in the UK are the Oyster Converter. The converter which I believe is to be called the Conex Oyster is for termination applications (into radiators,tanks,pumps,valves etc). Personally still waiting for my first sighting.
As for the "Groovy Fittings" which are the ones you want for joining pipes to each other, they are set for a 2003 launch to market.
If you can't wait to get going you could use the Cuprofit push-fit fittings which are now owned by Oystertec via the IBP acquisition.A word of warning though. If you are not a proficient DIYer it is a big task fitting a full bathroom suite even with the ease of use of these new fittings.
Cuprofit fittings can be bought from B&Q, Wickes and online at Screwfix.
