At the date of this announcement, the Issued Share Capital of Oxus Gold plc is
306,708,736 Ordinary Shares (of par value GBP0.01 each) with voting rights.
There are no shares held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Oxus Gold plc is 306,708,736.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
