As I mentioned before, I reckon the Kyrgz government use AKIpress to their own ends by releasing documents and information that suit their own agenda.
Much as I'm sure we shareholders would like to know what's going on in the background, I suggest that information like that above would normally be confidential (especially where lawyers are concerned) and Oxus would not want it to be in the public domain.
I don't doubt that there's some truth in some of the AKIpress items but I suggest that the Kyrgyz are manipulating them for their own benefit.
