-I think OXB can move, indepedently of any test results
-as the BG report points out, OXB is massively under-valued compared to the gene-therapy market and to other companies viewed to be in the same area
-if this fact becomes noticed or the tech/bio markets improves, then ithink it's quite possible that OXB could move considerably, in advance of any test/trial results.
-there were three announcements in the last three months of last year on =ve up-dates from OXB....none of these shiftes the price significantly
-i see what you are saying,Rayrac, efficient markets etc etc...the real world never works like that!
