What you fail to understand is that in two years we will have had realms of updates on drugs being developed in between times. If the news is good on most you will NEVER get this price again. If the news is mainly bad and one or two of the drugs have failed PhaseII\III trials then they may need to look at refinancing.
I think the former will be true and don't expect to see OXB raise anymore significant amounts of cash.
Actually, there is talk of a great deal of consolidation in the Health|Biotech sector and it is entirely possible that given OXB cash situation and excellent products|R&D, then it could well be taken out by a bigger fish. IMHO.
