I have been considering increasing my holding in OXB . I believe they have, potentially, great prospects. For me it is a matter of when to buy in again. Have I missed the low point or not? How I see it now is that there is still a very long way to go before any profiabilty. OXB may have cash for another three years but it is most unlikely they will be making any profits by then. They are certain to come back to the market for more cash. They would be fools o leave it to the last minute so I would expect another rights issue in two years.
We could then have twice as many shares in issue as we have now. The previous rights issue was well supported but at a much higher price than we find ourselves at now. Could it happen again that we find ourselves two years down the line with a share price not so different to the one we have now. Yes the company as a whole would have a greater value but my question is, is waiting two years and then buying in a reasonable option? Opinions please
