Oxford Biomedica - where's the 'huge value creation' then?
Robin_of_Loxley - Fri, 29 Dec 06 :
cfc1 is a long term holder of OXB who has (amongst) others experienced wearing negative posts by the likes of qaz in the past and other multiple alias posters (eg raven when short)in the last few years. I am not talking about genuine debate but lies and completely dishonest and abusive posts. He is clearly exhibiting signs of post traumatic stress disorder in this regard which makes him a little volatile when it comes to the interpretation of new posters who turn up clearly speaking rubbish and turning the debate away from the company and its success onto either innaccurate understanding of the science, incorrect interpretation of research results, or wasting peoples time by debating other posters. Sometimes those new posters are naive but often that naivety is a cover for a multiple alias of someone else. If you had experienced this, you would have a little more understanding.
Those posters you now see as reasonable you only see as such having been once banned, encouraged by myself, and rehabilitated. You would make nonsense attacks on many of these in the past and were filtered by many and I have been asked to ban you by many, and others asked why on earth I let you back in.
I certainly do not support everything every other poster says on my thread. What I will do is act to minimise disruption. If someone is a little rude it doesnt bother me. If someone is a time waster it does, and I will use my ability to moderate my thread as I see fit, and need to give no explanation to anyone.
You agree my banning of you was perfectly ligitimate and understandable.... yet you continue to make pointless digs about it. eg "a little sly". What was sly about it? I made a decision and implemented it after wading through a pile of guff posts. It is this that irritates so many of the long term holders. You seem inexplicably drawn to continually making little digs about people even though you supposedly respect them. Whether this is part of your character or your "sense of fun", all it does is wind people up so we get get hundreds of posts of rubbish. You may enjoy being a wind up merchant. I prefer to make sure such posters do not post on my threads if they show no desire to change their ways.
