My understanding is that Trovax is unlikely to be out-licensed until several or all of the comparatively small PII trials have been completed. Any deal earlier, on the basis of less data, would be proportionately smaller in value; hence OXB will want to wait as long as possible imo. As such, I am not expecting any deal until H2 2006/2007.
In addition, there is a chance OXB may want to undertake some of the PIII trials themselves in order to add value and so deferring a deal(s).
Meanwhile, it would be logical for investors to give more attention to those companies with strong anticipated newsflow (e.g. Alizyme) and leave the more speculative long-term companies (e.g. OXB) languishing imo.
