You mentioned in previous posts that Trovax is not a cure for cancer. Consider patients with stage IV Duke's bowel cancer (that is has spread to the liver/other organs). The current care is heavy duty chemo (5FU, etc) with a probable outcome that survival will increase from 9-12 month to 18-24.
Did you know that 50% of these patients that start the chem course quit due to the dire side effects? I suggest that for these and also patients that are not prepared to start the the chemo that Trovax may be a cure in a few cases. I don't believe it's benefit to them has been fully explored so far.
