Of course the deal process takes time but two years ago we had predictions of deals within weeks from many of the highly positive posters here, not enough data was available to convince the pharmas then. There is more data now of course and I believe we are close to a deal but the data is not much farther on than it was before I am informed. I am not technical enough to really argue that any further but you are free to believe what you want. The proof of this will come about when we get a deal but with little or no up fronts and the deal will be all back ended because the data is not so convincing for big pharma to hand over the big bucks now. Now that may in the very end all work out well for Oxb if Trovax eventually enters the market and has enormous sales but I would imagine AK would rather a bigger deal now and a smaller share of eventual profits if he can offload Trovax now and reduce the companies risk exposure.
