the_doctor - more than just possible, very likely I would say. As it happens the USA has the same or more public holidays (depends where you live) as the UK but boxing day is not one of them. Whether you work in the US or in the UK, if a deal needs to be done then I am sure that the appropriate people will be working. I have worked during the Christmas/New Year break on a number of occasions trying to get a deal completed before the end of the year. This deal is so important to OXB that I don't believe they will take a break if they can usefully progress the deal.
