Thanks for the clarification.
With so many bio-pharma deals springing up from nowhere and concerning relatively early-stage products and with due diligence for Trovax having been completed by 4 interested parties, it is becoming slightly unnerving waiting for this deal.
I find it hard to believe that OXB are asking for too much in the negotiations - it seems to me that they have been licensing out the Lentivector technology far too cheaply.
So, that leaves me thinking that the parties interested in Trovax have their doubts.
Otherwise, it would surely just be a case of a couple of weeks of tough negotiations, ie Tuco's 3rd week in Jan seems like a good calculation and needs to come to fruition. Otherwise, we've got the results coming up in March and they're going to have some very direct questions to answer.
