to me it looks like there will be competing bids for trovax from the interested parties, and it will come down to getting the best bid from the best potential partner....
I think it will be more likely to be the other way round.... the bidding pharmas seeing from the DD what trovax could be worth in a few years and pressing AK to accept a larger up front in favour of lower royalties...
I am hoping AK sticks out for high royalties and milestones and a reasonable up front from the best partner suited to market trovax world wide for all indications...
IMO there will be no second bites at the cherry for other indications, and therefore I anticipate a bidding war for licensing trovax...
