I suppose if I do have a fear it's about doing deals with the Americans ... there have been a number of instances when 'done deals' have turned out differently .... one classic case is CAT and Abbot and all that litigation over royalties. Medicine is so big there with it's multibillion turnover and I worry about getting the best deal in a world where business seems to have so many strings to pull with Gov. agencies. However we know how AK used to provide 'expert witness ' in court re. patent disputes so at least that side of things are well sorted.
